There is a £100 reservation deposit payable upon booking, also a security deposit of £125 to be added, this will be returned at the end of your holiday upon return of the keys and a post stay inspection by our local agents
The balance of your holiday plus the security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
Arrival and departure times are subject to negotiation but generally 4pm is the earliest arrival time and 10am is the latest departure time - this allows us time for cleaning and preparation for any same day turnaround rentals.
Welcome packs can be arranged on a price on application basis.
Guests stay at this establishment at their own risk.
